- Product Condition: All jewelry items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with no signs of damage, scratches, tarnishing, or alteration. Original packaging (e.g., gift boxes, dust bags), tags, and all accompanying accessories must be included with the return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation email, receipt, or order number must be provided to process your return request.
- Exceptions: Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery. Products marked as “Final Sale” on our website are also ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days and issue a unique RA number and detailed return instructions if approved. No returns will be processed without a valid RA number.
- Package the Item(s): Securely package the eligible jewelry and all original materials to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging of the return shipment.

3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify eligibility. This process may take 3–5 business days.
- Refund Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds exclude the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item, shipping error, or damage caused by our packaging process.

4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible jewelry items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

- If the replacement item has a higher price, you will be invoiced for the price difference prior to shipment. If the replacement item has a lower price, a partial refund for the difference will be issued after the exchange is processed.
- We cover shipping costs for the replacement item only if the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. For exchanges due to personal preference or sizing, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and standard shipping fees will apply to the replacement item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect jewelry item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/videos of the defective/damaged item and its original packaging.
- A detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a full refund, free exchange, or repair. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return of defective/damaged items, and all associated shipping costs will be covered by Marjorie International LLC.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances (except for defective or damaged items received):
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
- Final sale items.

7. Order Cancellations
