1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, and careful preparation of your jewelry to ensure safe delivery.
Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time (3–7 business days). If your order includes such items, we will notify you via email of any delays in processing.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international countries. To check if we ship to your location, please enter your shipping address during the checkout process on our website.
For international orders: Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect these fees at checkout, and they may be assessed by your local customs office upon delivery. Marjorie International LLC is not liable for any delays or additional costs caused by customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and provided by our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS). We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing (international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility
U.S. domestic orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping (no promo code required).
Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS.com, UPS.com) where you can track your package’s status.
For international orders: Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States. If you encounter issues with tracking your international order, please contact us for assistance.
6. Shipping Address Changes
We can only modify your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request an address change, please contact us immediately at service@marjorieinternationalllc.com with your order number and updated shipping address.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
U.S. Domestic Orders: If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please allow 48 hours for potential delays (e.g., left with a neighbor, held at a local post office). If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to file a claim.
International Orders: We are not liable for packages lost or detained by customs. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
We reserve the right to require proof of non-delivery before issuing a refund or reshipping the order.
8. Packaging & Insurance
All jewelry is carefully packaged in a protective gift box or dust bag to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take extra care to protect delicate pieces during transit.
U.S. orders shipped via Expedited or Overnight methods include complimentary shipping insurance.
For U.S. Standard Shipping, insurance is available for an additional fee at checkout (recommended for high-value items).
International orders include basic shipping insurance. For high-value jewelry, we recommend selecting International Expedited Shipping for enhanced insurance coverage.
9. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day), processing and shipping times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date.
Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website (https://marjorieinternationalllc.com/) and via email. Orders placed after the deadline are not guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.
